First of all, we want to help you realize that chia is not just something you mix into juice or water. There are many ways to incorporate chia into your daily diet. Be creative and have fun! Here are some ideas to get you started.


  • Shakes: Very easy and quick to make. Look for ideas in our recipe section
  •  Cocktails: Add chia to chocolate martinis, Pina Coladas, etc
  • Make hot chocolate for the kids...they love it.
  • Eggnog for the holiday season


  • Easily add chia into any salad; shake into pasta salad, stir into potato, tuna, and bean salads.


  • Use to encrust fish and meat or chicken by adding to chia and bread crumbs together
  • Stuffed Chicken supreme: ricotta cheese or rice with spinach & chia
  • Add chia into homemade pastas
  • Also make foccacias, pizzas, pancakes and more with chia


  • Dips: use virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar on a plate sprinkle in some chia; dip artesian breads
  • Spread some peanut butter and jam on Miguel's Omega Bread toast and sprinkle chia
  • Hor d'oeuvres: mix in olives & cream cheese and spread on crackers


  • Sprinkle on ice cream
  • Chocolate Fondue (dip in with fruit and sprinkle on chia)
  • Drizzle honey on Pretzels and sprinkle chia on them
  • Mix with salsa: dip corn chips
